Uganda Puts Out Top 200 Gays List

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has signed a list of the top 200 gays in the country published by local newspaper Red Pepper. The list includes a gay activist, a hip-hop star, and a Catholic priest (duh). Is this list the most sexually active gays in the country or the 200 most dapper gays likely to swoon a straight person?
This list has spurred the top 20 gays in the U.S. of Gay. God Bless these Innovative Gays.
